Local Art Fridays: Boston
MaryAnn and I are off to Boston for our second trip in a month. This time for the Boskone science fiction convention. And once we check into the hotel, we won't see anything of the city proper. It's three days of geeky fun, food and conversation.
But last September, we took a little mini-vacation and spent a few days visiting Boston. And what a pleasure it was. It's an interesting, walkable, art-filled city. And in honor of all the stuff we won't get to this time either, I'm going to post a few photos of Boston's local art (as we found it, anyway).

Past meets Future
This series of pictures was actually taken on the last day of our little trip. On the Monday, I wanted to see Copley Square where the architecture and interests of three generations meet. Church, State and Commerce vie for attention.
