Hi everyone out there in the Blogosphere.

Just a short note to let you know that I'm taking a brief hiatus from the blog until September 10th [SEE UPDATE]. I need to get a lot of things done, including

* a revamping of some of the blog features

*finishing up some actual artwork

*taking more photographs for the Woodlawn Project

*doing more artwork

*catering my cousin's pre-nuptual soiree and attending her wedding

*doing some artwork as gifts

*getting ready for my trip to Boston

*starting some Christmas projects

In addition, I plan to do a bit of drinking, reading, relaxing, and thinking about the direction I want this blog to go in. All of this has to be squeezed in between my regular, mundane, work-a-day, pay-the-rent job.

All the above activities are taking longer than expected! Anticipated re-launch date is now: November 5th.
